Gerald E. Green
Gerald E Green comes from a long and productive IT career with The Vanguard Group.
He has held positions with increasing responsibility in driving decisions as to technical
directions for major SI initiatives in Vanguard. Past responsibilities included providing
consultation on complex technical issues, assisting in development of IT wide technical
specifications and architectural standards, directing project level technical leads in
development of application deliverables, as well as establishing communication forums between
key technical leads and IT management. One of his recent accomplishments involved designing
and delivering a $3 million internal “Smart Client” desktop for a major division within the company.
Mr. Green has an extensive IT background in multiple system platforms from mainframe to J2EE & .NET.
He is actively involved in many other associations and activities which include:
- Member of the Business Advisory Board for the School of Business at Howard University one of the nation’s leading HBCU
- Managing Director of a real estate investment company Arpeggio Management LLC.

Robert Matlock
Bob has over 30 years experience in sales and market development in the Information Technology and
Services field. Bob has been at the fore-front of PC based computing technologies since the early
1980’s, providing some of the first Service Programs, Networking and Help Desk solutions to the
Fortune 500 Philadelphia market. In early 2002 Bob help create a new concept partnership with GMAC
and Microsoft forming a Speech Application Portal organization providing custom Speech solutions to
solve business problems in the Health, Pharmaceutical and Financial markets.
Mr. Matlack holds a BA in Marketing from Rider College in Lawrenceville, NJ.

Mr. Cowan has over 20 years in Financial and Healthcare organizations providing various levels
of Technology infrastructure support and solutions. Mr. Cowan currently is the Founder and
President of Premier Technology Solutions, LLC one of Caryl Technologies most valued BCN
solution integrator and support partner.
